Hey, I’m Asia Larae Luna

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and changes. I believe therapy is a process of understanding, growth, and meaningful change—one that honors your experiences while helping you build the insight, skills, and confidence to move forward.

My career has taken me through many settings — from supporting older adults navigating life transitions, to helping children and families untangle complex dynamics, to providing individual and couples therapy online. These experiences have taught me that change looks different for everyone, but it always begins with compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.

I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma. Using evidence-based approaches like DBT, EFIT, CBT, and EMDR, I help clients untangle old patterns, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

The name of my practice — Asia LaRae Luna Counseling— holds the heart of my work:

  • Asia represents the sunrise, a reminder that each day brings fresh hope and the opportunity to begin again.

  • LaRae means grace, represents the compassion, patience, and acceptance we all need as we grow.

  • Luna represents reflection and self-discovery—the process of exploring our experiences, understanding ourselves more deeply, and creating space for meaningful change.

Together, these meanings reflect the creating of a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood as you navigate life’s challenges. My hope is to help you gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

If you’re ready to feel seen, understood, and equipped to move forward, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
