Hey, I’m Asia Larae Luna
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience walking alongside people through life’s hardest — and most transformative — seasons. I believe therapy is more than problem-solving; it’s a safe and collaborative space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported while discovering practical ways to create meaningful change.
My career has taken me through many settings — from supporting older adults navigating life transitions, to helping children and families untangle complex dynamics, to providing individual and couples therapy online. These experiences have taught me that healing looks different for everyone, but it always begins with compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.
I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma. Using evidence-based approaches like DBT, EFIT, CBT, and EMDR, I help clients untangle old patterns, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
The name of my practice — Asia LaRae Luna Counseling— holds the heart of my work:
Asia represents the sunrise, the start of new beginnings.
LaRae means grace, the gentle acceptance we all need as we grow.
Luna symbolizes the light and reflection that guide us through the dark.
Together, these remind me — and my clients — that no matter how heavy life feels, there is always space for renewal and grace.
If you’re ready to feel seen, understood, and equipped to move forward, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
